What is Lu-177 PSMA?
Lutetium-177 bound to a PSMA (Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen) ligand targets PSMA-expressing prostate cancer cells and destroys them with beta radiation. Minimal effect on healthy tissue.
Who is a Candidate?
mCRPC patients with PSMA-positive disease on PSMA PET-CT. Must have previously received ARSi (Enzalutamide/Apalutamide) and Docetaxel.
