First broad RAS-targeted therapy approved for pancreatic cancer
The FDA approved daraxonrasib (Rasonque), a once-daily oral drug, for metastatic pancreatic cancer. In the RASolute 302 trial, the drug roughly doubled median survival compared with chemotherapy in 500 previously treated patients, with no specific RAS mutation required.
