Hemato-Oncology in Istanbul

Leukemia
- AML: Induction (7+3, CPX-351), FLT3 (midostaurin/gilteritinib), IDH1/2 (ivosidenib/enasidenib), venetoclax+azacitidine for unfit patients
- CML: Imatinib, dasatinib, nilotinib. BCR-ABL PCR monitoring
- CLL: Ibrutinib, acalabrutinib, venetoclax+obinutuzumab, FCR for fit/IGHV-mutated
- ALL: HyperCVAD, blinatumomab (CD19+), ponatinib (Ph+)
Lymphoma
- DLBCL: R-CHOP ร 6, CAR-T (Yescarta/Kymriah) at relapse. ORR 52% in r/r setting
- Hodgkin: ABVD or BV-AVD, pembrolizumab at relapse. 5-year survival 85-92%
- Follicular: R-CHOP or BR, obinutuzumab maintenance
Multiple Myeloma
VRd (bortezomib+lenalidomide+dexamethasone), daratumumab combinations. ASCT for eligible patients. Belantamab mafodotin, carfilzomib at relapse.
